The Garden Room - A Place to Heal
“Be still, and know that I am God.” - Psalm 46:10
This is an exciting new study that deals with emotional and spiritual healing. We will use a miniature garden to illustrate the many ways that God brings comfort and hope to those who are hurting. His healing hand can be found not only in living things like butterflies, trees and flowers, but also in garden objects such as a sundial, a bench, or a statuary.
The disciples once asked Jesus, “Lord, don’t you care…?” It is a question that we might ask when we experience any kind of loss. This verse from Psalm 34:8 gives us an answer. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
